Refund & Returns Policy

At APRIQUE AUTOMATION, we strive to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines the procedures for returns, refunds, and replacements.

1. RETURN POLICY

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return for a refund.

Eligibility for a Return:

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with all original tags, and in its original packaging.

  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return:

To start a return, please contact us at info@apriqueautomation.co.in with your order number and a reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

2. DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 48 hours) if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Please provide your order number and include photos of the damaged product so that we can evaluate the issue and arrange for a replacement.

3. EXCHANGES AND REPLACEMENTS

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent. If you need a replacement for one of these reasons, please follow the process outlined in the “Damages and Issues” section.

Replacement Timeframe:

Once your request is approved for a replacement or exchange under the mentioned criteria, the new product will be shipped and delivered to you within 6 to 7 working days.

4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (special orders or personalized items) and sale items or gift cards.

5. REFUND POLICY
  • Inspection: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item. We will let you know if the refund was approved or rejected based on the eligibility criteria.

  • Refund Processing Time: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@apriqueautomation.co.in .

6. SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS

For returns due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For returns of damaged, defective, or incorrect items, APRIQUE AUTOMATION will bear the cost of return shipping.
